With nearly 3 years in the appraisal industry, my thorough appraisals are accepted by lenders across the country. I typically complete appraisals within 3 business days after the inspection of the property. I also make efforts to contact clients before I inspect properties if I anticipate problems.

I appraise single family residences (typical fees are $400-but may vary), small income properties, and vacant parcels of land for purchases, refinances, second mortgages, P.M.I. removal, estate settlement, bankruptcy and foreclosure.
